Andrew is the lead sports scientist at CSP, and has a wealth of knowledge in a variety of combat sports, from traditional martial arts to Boxe Francaise Savate, MMA and Boxing. He also hold numerous coaching awards such as Boxing Scotland ( level 1 and 2), and the British Boxing Board of Control Trainer / Second licence. He works with athletes of all levels from recreational to world champion boxers such as Hannah Rankin. He is also undertaking his PhD at Abertay University, where he is working on ground breaking research into physiology and recovery methods within Professional Boxing.



Our approach puts the athlete first. We create a performance blueprint based around an in depth knowledge of what the athlete requires to succees in their chosen sporting field.

We do this from an extensive knowledge of combat sports, from the physiology of what it takes to win, nutritional requirements for performance,  along with being experienced coaches working with athletes from all levels, from amatuers, to newly turned professionals, to elite and world champion athletes. It is the combined knowledge and expertise that makes our approach unique.
